Performance Appraisal Procedure

The objective of the Performance Appraisal Procedure is to describe the process of the biannual professional performance appraisal of the human resources from the Company.

The Human Resources Department will conclude the Performance Appraisal process with Department Directors’ approvals (via email) on reports containing final individual percentage of achieving the individual objectives and the professional performance bonus amounts paid to the eligible employees.
